Agenda
The agenda for the management review might among other contain:
- Status information about Quality system and Social responsibility.
Review and if necessary update of:
- Quality Policy (ISO 9001 clause 5.3).
- Quality objectives (ISO 9001 clause 5.4.1).
- Social Accountability Policy, procedures and results. (SA8000 clause 9.1 and 9.4)
If needed:
- Appointed a management representative (e.g. Quality Manager)(ISO 9001 clause 5.2.2. and SA8000 clause 9.2).
Review of customer requirement process (ISO 9001 clause 7.2.1.). Review of customer satisfaction measurements (ISO 9001 clause 8.2.1.).
